Terms & Conditions – Residential Cleaning

  1. Services as per selected package.
  2. Pricing based on sq. ft., condition, add-ons. 50% deposit required. Balance due at completion.
  3. Deposit refundable if canceled 24+ hrs prior.
  4. Client must ensure access & secure valuables.
  5. Excludes biohazards, heavy lifting, hoarding/extreme conditions.
  6. Issues must be reported within 24 hrs; touch-up/re-clean may be offered.
  7. Company insured, not liable for pre-existing damage.
  8. Staff will not handle firearms, personal docs, unsafe items.

Terms & Conditions – Office & Commercial Cleaning

  1. Services per agreed package (1x/2x/3x weekly).
  2. Pricing based on sq. ft., frequency, condition. Billed monthly. Late fee 5% after 7 days.
  3. Contracts: Month-to-month unless fixed. 30 days’ notice for termination.
  4. Client must provide access & secure valuables.
  5. Excludes hazardous waste, heavy lifting, restoration.
  6. Company provides supplies unless otherwise agreed.
  7. Issues must be reported within 24 hrs. Re-clean may be scheduled.
  8. Insured for liability and workers’ comp. Liability limited to service value.
  9. Staff comply with safety/access rules. Unsafe sites may be refused.

Cleaning Services Policy (Residential & Office)

  1. Scope: Residential (Standard, Deep, Move-In/Out, Add-ons), Office (weekly, deep, post-construction).
  2. Scheduling & Access: Client must provide access. Missed access may be charged in full.
  3. Payments: Residential – per service; Office – monthly. 50% deposit for new clients.
  4. Cancellations: Residential – 24 hrs notice; Office – 30 days notice.
  5. Service Limitations: No biohazards, heavy lifting, industrial waste. Severe cases = custom quote.
  6. Supplies: Company provides unless agreed otherwise. Specialty products may cost extra.
  7. Client Responsibilities: Secure valuables, inform of delicate areas, maintain safe space.
  8. Guarantee: Issues reported within 24 hrs = re-clean offered.
  9. Liability: Insured, not responsible for pre-existing damage.
  10. Health & Safety: Staff won’t handle firearms, personal docs, unsafe substances. Unsafe conditions may stop service.
